    How does the process work?
    Once payment is made, work begins immediately on your project. The process is 95% virtual with 1-3 phone conferences and unlimited text and email queries. Once you approve your documents, a MS Word and PDF copy of your documents are sent to your attention as final copies..

    What formats do you use most often?

    Unfortunately because the client is engaged in the process and final output, we do not refund fees.
